Planned Preventative Maintenance
Planned servicing and maintenance programmes that keep assets working and compliance on schedule.
Maintain • Manage • Deliver
AJ Facilities Group keeps commercial buildings across London operational and compliant — planned maintenance and reactive cover, the remedials that close out an inspection, and the project and lifecycle works that follow.
PPM, Reactive, Compliance & Building Fabric
Keep the building working and compliant day to day — planned servicing, response when something fails, and the remedials that close out an inspection.
Mobilisation, Asset Verification, Contractors & Maintenance Programmes
Know what is in the building and who is doing what to it — verified assets, a maintenance programme built on them, and one point of contact coordinating the work.
Remedials, Projects, Refurbishment & Lifecycle Works
Carry out the works properly — remedial items, improvement projects, refurbishment and the planned replacement of assets at end of life.
Who we are
AJ Facilities Group is a facilities management, maintenance and project delivery business working across commercial property in London and the surrounding areas.
We work directly for property owners and in-house FM teams, and alongside managing agents, main contractors and consultants — from verifying what is actually installed in a building, through planned and reactive maintenance, to the remedial, project and lifecycle works that keep it operational.
Mobilisation
A building handed over by a contractor is not yet a building being maintained. We support that transition: verifying the assets that are physically there, closing out remedials and compliance items, mobilising a planned maintenance programme, and then running it.
The building is handed over from construction. Documentation exists, but nobody has yet confirmed it against what is installed.
We walk the site and verify the assets physically, against drawings and O&M information, so the register reflects the building.
Outstanding items and anything raised by inspection or survey are priced, delivered and closed out with evidence.
A planned maintenance programme is built on the verified register, with frequencies agreed and the first visits scheduled.
The building runs on planned servicing with reactive cover behind it, and lifecycle works planned rather than reacted to.
